Initiative Prioritisation: We worked with leadership to evaluate 24 potential initiatives against strategic objectives, narrowing to 8 high-impact ones via workshops, data analysis, and alignment sessions focused on tech transformation, culture, customer experience, and delivery optimisation.
Portfolio Shaping and Planning: Our team developed detailed business cases for each initiative, creating a sequenced execution roadmap that integrated cross-functional elements and resource allocation for seamless rollout.
Governance and PMO Establishment: We built a top-down bottom-up governance model, including setting up a PMO for oversight, monitoring, and adaptive adjustments to ensure sustained implementation.
