Assessment, Planning, and Execution: Post-selection, we analysed systems and pain points via workshops and audits, mapping integrations for finance, payroll, and projects with Salesforce and HRIS. We executed the rollout, configuring modules, handling integrations, testing, and training to ensure smooth adoption.
